I think you can certainly be critical of the Israeli government without being anti Semitic but I think there unfortunately is Anti Semitism that does exist that comes out in regards to Israel and far left movements do it.

Opposition to Israel and its current government vs. being anti-Semitic also calls for a very differentiated means of expression, but nuance is one characteristic that has been lost in the current shouting match that passes for political discourse these days.
