The thing that minorities and women who support Trump and the alt right will never get is that Trump and the alt right is a white man’s grievance movement. That women and minorities cannot be successful but only used to push “See we’re not racist/sexist.” They don’t have enough self awareness to acknowledge this though and that the whole movement they attach themselves to are racist, sexist pricks.

Thing is, I’m not sure most of them even pretend that there isn’t a white male superiority at the center of it. The problem is that most of them have internalized and agree with it, and see the only way to live is to be one of the ‘good ones’.
