For me, blaming Russia is more of a code for “don’t trust information that sounds fishy, especially if it confirms your worldview” than actually thinking Russia did it. We’ve got to go with “that’s crap, what’s your source” rather than just jumping on stuff.

I definitely get a stink eye when someone posts something so absurdly easy to debunk and with English that is just a tad off.
