That is not my experience, having been on the receiving end of pickets and death threats to my baby son and ex-wife for daring to put up a BBS in the Eighties and Nineties discussing counter-apologetics. (The Virginia Beach Police told me it was my fault.)

Also not my experience when I was voted out of office for the crime of being an atheist in favour of a write-in Nazi candidate, or being disowned by my family because atheism might rub off on them or something.

The only good thing I see from all this fearmongering is younger people in all denominations are emptying the pews. Every denomination is losing members in the USA. That’s part of the reason they have to prey on Third World countries.

So, you were called or protested by at least 118M people?
