Trump at the end of April: “For the good of the country, I have decided to take the presidential salary.”

I suspect he’s been taking he paycheck all along. I doubt there is a mechanism in the bureaucracy of the fed government to simply re-route the money. He claims he’s donating it to various departments, but again, how would that work?
