In 2004, GWAR released War Party, an album devoted almost entirely to mocking the war on terror. In other words, a big eff-you to right-wingers at the time. Not to mention their usual barrage of gratuitous violence, ridiculously gross sex, and ruthless mockery of religion.

What the hell were they doing on Fox in the first place? GWAR’s music and stage acts are the embodiment of everything that Fox’s target audience fears and despises. This could not have ended any other way.
