My point is that if it were someone else (besides Obama) I would hope that someone would give that person the benefit of the doubt and not pile on and call it “bigotry” which is starting to become one of those all-encompassing buzz words that lost all meaning when the left hijacked and stretched the meaning of the word to include everything but the original meaning like the words “racism” or “rape”. You know, I’m not sure I fully remember my original point. I think in a roundabout way I just didn’t want this to be about gotcha politics and I wanted some consistency in the way it’s handed out. This is mostly futility aimed at the media because like many before have said Obama and Bush don’t get the same shake from the media, so it’s pointless anyway.
