as a Roman Catholic, seeing it that way (G-d) is both annoying and disrespectful. I have had several bibles throughout my lifetime. Some have been destroyed (house flood) and misplaced (God only knows where those are) and in one case a three year old with a crayon got a hold of one and in NONE of them was the word spelled with a “-“

I’m POSITIVE the authors, editors and publishers all knew that at some point in time all those would have been “erased” or “defaced”
