OK, I listen to a lot of metal, and I ain’t never heard of all of those subs tossed together in one band. Example? Mastodon is the only thing that I can think of that comes close.

Heh, I’m just mashing up everything I like. :D And that definitely includes Mastodon. Also stuff like Cynic, Death, Ulver, Solefald, The Faceless, Voivod, Tiamat, Killing Joke, Isis, Neurosis, Agalloch, Katatonia, Solitude Aeturnus, Floater, Paradise Lost, My Dying Bride, and on and on. Just creative and atmospheric metal, basically.
