Israel can’t. At least I don’t believe it is possible. And you shouldn’t believe it either if you believe any of your previous posts about the Palestinians insistence on remaining violent.

The Palestinians have to get rid of that small minority. And that will be possible when there is an explicit path forward that shows Israel is willing to grant Palestine statehood. When the Palestinians who are sick of the violence can explicitly state that the violence is going to cost Palestinians their shot at having their own state.
