It’s all about who you talk to. My brother went to lunch one day at a Cuban restaurant owned by a Cuban immigrant. The guy not surprisingly was very anti Castro and apologetic about the Bautista regime and resented any suggestion that Cuba had problems pre-revolution.

Not shocking, Bautista was horrible. How can anyone defend him when he fled to fascist Spain under Franco when things got tough for him?
