Of course Mueller followed procedure, and apparently what he had on Cohen yesterday was (a) criminal; (b) apparently unrelated to Russia; and (c) at least not clearly involving the Trump Presidential campaign.

However, if the Feds in New York find anything to contradict (b) or (c), I suspect they will be on the phone to Mueller’s people, one of whom will take the next flight unless he is already drinking coffee next door.

Also, can it really be that Stormy is our hero?!

That is the play for sure.

Who knows what will turn up and make its way to Mueller.
