I’m a peanut butter junkie….all my life. When I was young, my Dad would keep an evil eye on me in case I spread too much PB on my sandwich. A small jar would have to last us at least two weeks. When I finally was living by my self, he and Mom stopped by one day. My Dad about busted his gut laughing when he discovered my 3 lb. can of PB. Since I bought it, I could have as much PB as I wanted on my sandwich.

Did I mention that raspberry jam MUST be added to make the perfect PBJ sandwich?

Even now I usually have something containing PB every day.

Also, chunky PB is the best PB.
