Cincinnati chili meat uses the same spices as used in making gyro meat.

I have some Skyline in the freezer, but now I’m sad that I didn’t stock up more before having to scratch Publix from my shopping circle. (Still haven’t figured out why a FL-based grocer stocks Cincinnati chili in SC)
