As I noted last night, Trump has nobody in his corner who can actually speak with any authority on this leak. The biggest driver of this story is the report that the intel community felt the memo of such authenticity that they included it in their briefing to him. And nobody in that same community is rushing to debunk the story. Republicans on Capital Hill saying its not true mean nothing because the damned document implicates them in the whole matter as well.
