So Trump’s been lying to his outside counsel team the entire time and brought Rudy on to break the bad news to them. It’s dysfunctional fuckery all the way down.

There was reporting yesterday that Trump and Cohen won’t tell Trump’s legal team what they think/know is in the seized Cohen documents. That is, rightly, terrifying the lawyers because how the fuck are you supposed to litigate a case if you don’t know what the evidence is?

I am not at all surprised that nobody knew this until Rudy said it on TV. Nor am I shocked that Rudy is spouting off on live national television without the minimal forethought.
