It’s Texas, not the federal government, that imprisons POC for voting when they mistakenly thought they were eligible. This is the future that Texas wants to impose on the rest of this country, including denying Americans the right to vote. Any state that was part of the CSA should not have any authority in drawing congressional districts or deciding on voting rights or banning felons who served their time from voting.

Texas is part of America, regardless of what they want to do to their people - they imprison someone for 6 years for incorrect voting - while the feds want to give someone 6 months for being a russian spy. Not so many years ago the latter was a death penalty crime.
