Well, when at least some of those “dangerous radicals” are a duly-elected State Legislature, it’s kind of hard to paint them as just some fringe: one presumes that the slate of gun-control measures they are considering - as the NYT condenses:

The measures limit purchases of handguns to one each month; require that gun buyers submit to background checks; and allow local governments to ban guns in parks and public buildings. [Governor] Mr. Northam has said he would sign each of the bills.

has to have some some of public support behind them. These measures seem pretty mild to me: MAYBE excepting the monthly limit - though of course, to the gun-nut crowd, ANY firearms-controlling measures are intolerable.

“Antifa”, though, is another matter: if only for the boogeyman-factor they unfortunately evoke in most of the media. Hopefully, their presence will be minimal, and their “services” NOT required…
