I am confused or naive (or both)….where has Obama stated he wants to take away everyone’s guns? Who in the congress has proposed such a law? Is there a current majority in SCOTUS that will uphold such a law?

we’re just freaking out at the prospect….personally I think it’s almost if not impossible to over turn the 2nd itself….imo
