Hate to say it, but that’s the entire immanent point of corporations.

To incorporate something literally means to give it a body, i.e. legal substance.

You want companies to die like people? When their founders die? Or at the expiration of some fixed term? Or did you mean some specific reform?

Hmm I think you highlight something core to my issues. Corporations having the rights of a citizen but they don’t die like people, they can’t be put in jail or punished like people, they don’t have human nature or morality like people. Basically, legally empowered sociopaths who’s loyalty is not to the human race, state or country but to profits, by legal definition.

Tied into money as free speech a Corporation is now a legal person with a completely disproportionate power of speech compared to the individual.

As for what to do about it… love to get in the mix about it.
