Why are they upset? Everyone knows that if it is a legitimate rape, the country has a way of shutting the whole thing down. //

In all honesty, while I have no idea why politics was brought up in a writing class, I’m extremely annoyed with the idea that college kids need to be protected from strong opinions and the asses who hold said opinions. I think a college-age young adult can decide if they agree with the professor’s opinion or not. How can we expect kids to become functioning adults if we constantly treat high school and college kids like special snowflakes who need to be protected from the big, bad world?
