Seriously though, the GOP is disconnected from reality when it comes to anything science-based, including climatology and the environment. They’ve been saying for years the US can’t and shouldn’t act unilaterally while China continues pumping out pollutants. Well, now there’s a bilateral deal and it’s a workable one for both the US, China, and the rest of the world.

The GOP response? Inevitable claims that the President overstepped his authority or such other nonsense. Or that China will reneg on the deal.
