Upholding gun control legislation is not striking down the Second Amendment. That shouldn’t be difficult for someone who took three weeks worth of constitutional law in law school to understand.

I really want someone to ask and then press these idiots on a line of questions like this:

Do you believe the Second Amendment allows an ordinary person to own RPGs? If not, are you then admitting that there are reasonable restrictions that can be placed on owning weapons? Do you believe that bans on fully automatic weapons are constitutional? If so, why? If you do believe that an ordinary person can own RPGs, what else can they own? Tanks? F-16s?
