If I understand Yglesias, he’s saying that both the ‘scientific racist’ crowd and the ‘IQ tests are completely meaningless and nurture is EVERYTHING’ crowd are wrong, but the ‘scientific racism’ crowd are also BAD. That, and their whining that they’re being silenced is horseshit.

Not quite, though the idea they are being silenced is crap. (That’s the whinge of Laura Ingraham’s supporters right now.)
