Like I knew it’d be bad but to actually see it. I’m on my fourth President I’ve observed at some depth, not counting Bush I and Reagan since I was so young when they left office and Clinton, Bush II, & Obama, they just don’t compare. I hated Bush especially in his first term but I’d been shocked to see him doing the things Trump does daily and his allies just shrug even though it’s completely unpresidential. I’m trying to figure out how I’m going to explain this era when I’m older.

For me that goes back to Richard Nixon. What I see now is simply the same sort of conservative corruption at the speed of the Internet.
