If you throw out the high/low and average the balance, you get approval rating 40.125 (akin to gymnastics or figure skating scoring).

If you just throw out Rasmussen from the mix, the average drops to 39.78.

In other words, an even bigger shit show and everyone but the Trump base recognizes it. Pretty much identifying the Trump base.
