Only certain legislation can pass through reconciliation. Won’t adding additional states, expanding the SCOTUS, or passing voting rights legislation require 60 votes, unless the filibuster is eliminated or radically changed?

Then it sounds like we’re stuck until 2023 at the soonest.

And the problem is, in 2022 we’ll have to turn out 100 percent of ours and if they get even 10 of theirs they’ll still win because most of ours will be forbidden from voting.
