Unions are, IMHO, so far removed from any need that they should all be redundant. They are no better than the Mafia. They may have been needed in the early 20^h Century, and a bit beyond, but now? Look at the auto industry, etc. The union seems to be making it much worse.

/And we wonder why so much work is being done in China, India, etc...
