But that doesn’t explain much of anything. He didn’t send the picture, he sent a link to the picture on yfrog. Yfrog pictures are public. So, he’d have to have uploaded the picture to yfrog and then accidentally hit the direct message.

Also, why was the patriotUSA dude claiming there was a sex scandal that was about to break? Just an enormous coincidence?

It’s entirely possible, as it always has, that he sent the message. But ‘he clicked the wrong button’ doesn’t explain it.
