I went with Perry. He’s got the ground game, TP cred, and appeals to the same crowd that is enamored with the likes of Bachmann or Palin.

His only real competition is Romney, and I think the GOP voters aren’t going to support Romney particularly through the South and West.

Perry’s biggest concern - himself. If he self-destructs, then Romney’s chances improve dramatically. I think most everyone else is playing for a VP slot if that.

Meh, I think if Perry self destructs than Michele Bachmann can still take Mitt.
