The term “aborigine” referred to indigenous black people from Australia (i.e. the people there first, long before white settlers). So how in the world could you think it a fitting descriptor for American blacks, whose ancestors were wrenched from their native lands and brought here by force?

So not only were Scott Beason’s words bigoted, but herp-derp-drooling ignorant as well. I award him no points, and may God have mercy on his soul o_O
