You bet I’ll deny that.
Collective punishment could perhaps, in some cases, apply if they weren’t so hell-bent on minimizing civilian casualties despite hamas’ best efforts to the contrary.
Collective punishment could perhaps apply if they just blockaded Gaza, *Without* shipping in monstrous amounts of supplies to make sure everyone is fed and there is, well perhaps not ample medicine but certainly a hell of a lot more than in surrounding countries.
