At this very moment, my wife is counseling a rape victim who will need one of these “abortion kits.” She’s been at the hospital for 2 hours already, helping the victim deal with the hospital and the police. Should the unthinkable happen, this woman will be subjected to these pious zealots’ will and whim so that they can adequately shame her. This woman’s access to adequate and appropriate health care is being attacked by these folks, and it makes my stomach turn.

I love Austin and I was invigorated by these folks’ passion for women’s rights. In the end, the results are just appalling.
