Everyone is still running with stories saying flatly that France and Portugal denied access to their airspace, though. Until we hear from someone other than Bolivia and Wikileaks, I think we have no idea what happened.

If the photo that was tweeted is the plane, it doesn’t look like Russia—Bolivia in one hop. Might need fuel somewhere like The Azores.
