The more I think about this, the more depressed I’m getting. The only hope is that Trump is too incompetent to actually pull off all the horrible stuff he promised — but with Pence and his far right social conservative cronies also working at it, we’re going to be in for some dark times.

Pence has named Dick “Go Fuck Yourself” Cheney as his model for the vice-presidency, a black-hearted thug who ran the White House like his own private piggy bank while Dubya sat on the throne. Our biggest worry going forward isn’t that Trump is in charge, because he’s made clear he doesn’t really want the responsibilities of the job. It’s what Pence can get done in four years that should turn people’s hair white.
