The constitution defines treason for this reason. This is not treason. But it is as close as you can get without crossing that line.

James Comey should be incarcerated at Ft Leavenworth Disciplinary Barracks on a sentence of hard labor: making big rocks into little rocks for the rest of his natural life without the possibility of parole. And the only reason for that sentence is because this is not treason as the FF’s decreed.
