One sign that the GOP doesn’t know how to govern anymore: They basically begged the DNC to bail them out of this mess, but have done nothing to budge them aside from effectively try to argue that it’ll be their fault when Obamacare “fails.” Every change to Trumpcare has been about trying to bring in more Republican votes, not a single move to entice Democrats to support the bill.
