Most Americans don’t have a choice because they can’t afford one. Public schools are where more than 90% of students get their basic education through HS. Private schools, or charter schools aren’t going to be a solution for everyone, or even most people. It’s a fringe answer, and one that is rife with its own problems (as we’ve seen in NYC where some charter schools can’t make the grade either).
But this is Devos, so it’s entirely predictable.
