Reminds me of Tamir Rice. Shoot first, ask questions later. Poor woman didn’t stand a chance. Her neighbor feels awful. This is why minority communities distrust cops and why blue lives matter is a sham.

De-escalation simply isn’t a thing anymore. Shooting has gone from last resort to only resort. And it’s clear that regardless of how many ‘good cops’ there might be, the institution encourages and protects this behavior. The entire barrel is rotten and no amount of good apples can fix that.
