We have changed and amended the US Constitution before, but changes/amendments have to be ratified by two-thirds of all the states, I believe.

Not that I favor Huckabee’s goals, at least he is not just for ignoring or violating those laws he does not agree with because he does not find them in accordance with his concept of “God’s laws”.

He doesn’t have to be interested in breaking the law to be the wacko that he is. Amendments to the Constitution aren’t taken out of the Bible. I mean, there may be things there that are part of our law that are based on the 10 commandments (murder, thievery, etc.). There’s probably not such a fine line between justice and morality, but it’s not a road we should go down and anyone who throws religion into the mix in this country should be eyed very skeptically.
