The idea that the guy in the car stalking the kid, after he was told not to follow him by the police, was acting in self defense, is a fucking joke.

“Yeah officer, I felt threatened by the kid, so I followed him in my car for a good 10 minutes, then, still feeling threatened, I got out of my car so I could see where I was, because my windows weren’t working.”

Maybe child molesters could tell the police they were protecting their candy stash in their van when a kid attacked them and they acted in self defense too.
