Well, we had a long discussion of this alleged verification (which I don’t accept) in the relevant thread, no need to rehash it, I will only say that if they included *it*, it would at least be some kind of evidence. But they did not, so whether her identification has been verified or not is not relevant. They use *her* testimony as a means of verification.

I dont see what the big deal is. This is not the evidence. It is an explanation of the charges. The supporting evidence will be presented at the trial.

I dont think this prosecutor wanted to give much to the media. Other records have been sealed.
