He is so right. The tiny NASA budget is a national embarrassment. Those that whine about the expense are FOS. They lack vision and imagination. A half a cent on the dollar of budget. Contemptible really.

Those air force planes that are sitting on the deck because the pilots are scared too fly them aren’t going to pay for themselves.
