I can’t either. Ryan strikes me as a future Romney appointee. I think Paul knows he has limited statewide appeal which is why he’s never given higher office a run.

There’s murmuring that he’s considered a “front-runner” for ‘16. Not that I really believe it, but stranger things have happened.
