Great plane in its day, but long since replaced by the more capable F-15 Eagle and F-16 Fighting Falcon/Viper.

What’s so good about a plane where every landing was a single-engine no-flap emergency? Damn thing was a lead sled. Nicely noisy, though. A real ear bleeder.
