It’s really too bad that nice places like Rancho Santa Fe are completely populated with total assholes.

I was really surprised to see news that senior water rights are being cut in CA. This is finally getting real. Meanwhile, the assholes in Rancho Santa Fe that feel like wasting water can go to hell. These people really do need to learn that we’re in this together.
