I don’t know at Trump’s business, but most any other business in the US, if your boss gets credible evidence that you abuse your spouse, it’s sufficient grounds to can your ass. You can dispute the decision and argue your defense, but you are not denied “due process” if you mount no serious defense beyond professing your “innocence.”
