The Dayton shooter shot 26 people in 32 seconds, before the shooter was killed by cops in under a minute. 9 were murdered in that span of time.

The only point for that drum magazine to exist is to maximize a body count of people. It serves zero purpose in civilian hands.

And honestly, zero purpose in military hands. The military doesn’t issue those, because they generally don’t want soldiers spraying bullets like that. When they want bullets sprayed, they have weapons built just for that.
