At one point, my dad got his hands on a used Ford Crown Vic police interceptor. It was speed governed to 129 mph. It floated in the straightaways, but handled like crap as every corner would see it try to continue going straight. It was a land boat.

I so much preferred mom’s Mazda 626. It was a 1989 and while the transmission sucked something fierce (it couldn’t handle the hp the engine put out), it was nimble, fun to drive, and smooth. I miss that car a bunch.
