Friendly PSA:

When giving large German Shepherd Doggo a bath, take pain reliever before the event, not after. Ouch. Owie. Ouch.

Cleo has skin issues in her private area, likely from lots of hair (OMGTHEHAIR)trapping urine and poop in her fur, causing irritation and licking and biting. She’s also got some irritation under her front legs, where they join her body. So we have some spray hydrocortisone, some hydrocortisone cream, some Benedryl in both caplet and topical form, along with an antibacterial/anti fungal spray. She’s about done with the worst of blowing her coat for the season, I’d like to clear up this ack before it grows back.

I hurt, OMG. Lol, wresting 90 lbs of dog in the shower with touchy skin hurty places is a bit more labor intensive that you might think. But it’s done and she’s resting comfortably. I managed to make a lasagna, clean the house up moderately well and catch up on laundry. I will not be moving from this spot, except to take Cleo out, until tomorrow. Ouch.
